- The parcel must be checked and received in front of the delivery man. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery man arrives.
- If the customer wants to return the product despite the fact that the parcel matches the advertisement, in that case, the parcel must be returned with the delivery charge.
- To report any product problems, the complaint must be made within two days of receiving the product. No complaints of any kind are accepted after that.
- In case of product exchange or return, the company receipt/money receipt/invoice must be present.
- For complaints due to product problems, the picture of the parcel invoice, accurate pictures and videos of the product must be reported to our what's app number (01933050323 - WhatsApp Number).
- The problem will be resolved within 72 hours of the complaint
- If no one checks the parcel in front of the delivery man and if the product is returned or exchanged after the delivery man arrives, then the delivery charge must be paid in advance.
- If any problem or damage is found with the product while it is in front of the rider, then the customer will not have to bear any delivery charge while sending the product for exchange.
- In the case of exchange products, if the customer does not receive the product after checking it in front of the rider for the second time, then the company will not be responsible for any problems related to the parcel.
- When checking the parcel at home, if a customer returns a damaged product at home or a damaged product ordered from somewhere else, legal action will be taken against him.
